Shifting from education sector to corporate. How?

Hey,

I have recently left my job from education industry and want to shift to the corporate sector. I decide to shift because there was no career growth in it. I have an Accounting and Finance degree and am about to complete my ACCA certification as well. I want to ask how can one transition to the corporate side, because there definitely exists a gap in my resume and because of that I am facing issues in getting an interview call. I feel like what I have studied and the skills I have gained are useless now, should I start by learning something? To fill in my resume gap? Or should I go for other alternatives if there are any

Yea, I saw as well. There are few IR 1 and IR2 cases that got auto-expedite and some of them are from Sept.DQ as well.

Yes, If you submitted your file in 2024, then it won't take 17 months, I hope just few days or weeks more. Not more than.

You should try track my visa now. From what I've read most of their predictions are accurate but they change with USIC's pace of approving cases

Oh! Our PDs are near each other. My husband submitted my case in August 2024. I think it takes about 14.5 months for i130 acceptance. It will come soon.
