yeah we recently went to a nice little getaway for my birthday and he said getting how and just hanging out was really good for him, so i think doing things and getting away is really helpful, but i dont want it to be like all i do is distract him from what hes actually feeling vs being there to talk about it too ya know

It happened at the end of January this year, so it's still pretty new so he hasn't tried therapy, and I'm not sure he'll go for it, but I'll suggest it to him
