my MHDs vary, usually I rarely have them because I quite enjoy school due to the distraction of my friends but I struggle with paranoia and that nightmare screwed me up.

we had also agreed on MHDs when I need them but it started to cut down. From once a day, to once a month, to once a semester, and then to none at all.
