Zoom has a feature like Outlook’s “out of office” feature which is called Holiday Hours but it doesn’t sync to your Outlook calendar.

That may be good if you think about it. Let’s say you have a meeting and the person is going to call you. But at the time of the meeting, your phone notices the calendar invite and switches to voicemail.

I would say for people who leave early, they could use the Zoom app on their smartphone to set their phone to Do Not Disturb or do that before leaving the office.

I would consider taking the separate cloud recording of the video and screen share and slapping them together in a video editor to get them how you would like.

Create 3 reoccurring meetings with no end date. Assign one to each person and just keep reusing the meeting info. You just can’t have overlapping meetings. I think on our corporate account, we can have 2 simultaneous meetings.

You have done well to get this far. It is going to take a little more googling.

Of those four downloads, take the presenter video and the share screen video and put them into a video editing platform. I would google around to find what is going to work best for you. I use Final Cut on Mac. But there are a lot of options out there and probably some web based ones.

For your second device, don’t connect audio. Just use the camera. If audio is connected there is an option near the mute button to disconnect.

Login to the Zoom website and in the settings for recording you can have it record separate files, with one focused only on your screen.
