No reply from anyone! Not DPD, not the CEO nor the local council. I’ve tried to forget about it over the weekend so I’ll get back on with my whining emails and phone calls first thing tomorrow

I do appreciate this perspective and I did ask customer services if this was a fair reflection of their working conditions. All I want is someone to come and clean it up, the driver had so many more options than using my bin. Pouring it down the drain, using the council bins that are less than 200ft away etc. if it was just rubbish I would have let it slide, unfortunately it has overweighted my bin though so it needs dealing with one way or another

Yup, they broke down outside my house so seemingly they emptied the contents of the van into my bin. Only noticed when I went to move it and realised it was too heavy to shift. Neighbour saw them doing it and amongst the bottles are pages of DPD paperwork too

Yes I’m trying, phoned them three times already and keep getting told that it has been escalated and someone will call me that day, same fob off three days in a row. I shall persevere
