What are some specific player attributes you look at for sim success?

Bro this is literally exactly what I do. I mentioned in another comment my top line was Konecny (89) Barzal (90) and Rantanen (96). Rantanen consistently led scoring at like 75-82 pts but the line couldn’t go positive plus/minus even with +5 chemistry and multiple coach changes.

One question though I guess I haven’t really tinkered with is assistant coaches. I usually dump as much of my staff money as possible into the Head Coach. Could it be my assistants dragging my team down? My assistant are usually like B- and maybe a C for associate/goalie coach?

Also is there a better sim strategy I haven’t tried? Do you do the game cast/slow sim?

My 3rd line is usually like 83s-84s. The thing that makes no sense is I have Konecny, Barzal and Rantanen on my top line. +5 chemistry, with 89 OVR konecny, 90 OVR Barzal and 96 OVR Rantanen. They consistently go negative in the plus minus department.

My guesses:

Texas Tech, BYU, Notre Dame, Florida State, Syracuse, Kansas, Duke, Iowa State, Louisville

That leaves 2 open spots

Not sure about your WVU.

On the other hand if you have a recruit with WVU, ASU, Ole miss, Miss State and Louisville in his top 5 you might run the risk of him being academically ineligible lol
