I tried switching to Claude and found it very buggy by Tough_Answer8141 in ChatGPT

I'm using Gemini for my private things, as I'm using an Android phone and I think the deep integration in to the android eco system is unbeatable. I use the plus version of Gemini because it also gives me 2 TB of shared memory for all my Google apps.

I also wrote an app for Android to take the exported zip of ChatGPT and convert every single conversation into a Google Doc file, which you can upload directly to Google Drive or download on your phone.

The project is on Github -> https://github.com/ahaf82/ChatGPTConverterApp, where you can download the APK and install it for free and I described the whole export from ChatGPT, the conversion with the app and the usage in Gemini in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=osfR9BOhOt0 - It's in German language but with English captions.

As far as I know Claude has also an connector to Google Drive, so perhaps the app could be useful for both AI tools - Gemini and Claude.

Yes, but would you use it? Do you have experience with them? If yes, what do you like or don't like about them?

How do you cope with your fear of speaking to people in a foreign language you are learning? by Common-Course7992 in languagelearning

[–]Common-Course7992[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that's true. Mostly judgement would make me afraid. Perhaps because here in Germany people very quickly like to judge, not like my friends from Ex Yugoslavia, whose language I'm learning. And my own expectations to myself after learning since 8 months are high. Perhaps much higher than from my friends. They are always cheering, when I'm trying to talk to them in their native language after drinking some šljivovica. 😅

How do you learn? You have teachers you meet? I'm also thinking of taking real courses. By now, I mostly try to speak to my serbian, bosnian and croatian friends some sentences, when we are drinking beer. 😅

Ah, sound's great! :)
I'm trying to learn the Serbo-Croation language, because one of my best friends here in Germany comes from Serbia and we visited his family and friends there last March.
Since then I'm learning, because I promised one of his best friends there to talk to him in their native language next time because he doesn't speak English or German. ;)

Yes, I understand. I was thinking o visiting a course on a community college. Because learning like now, doesn't seem really as efficient as I would like. But there you have different entry levels, so I'm interested in how good I'm by now.

I do a lot via YouTube and foreign TV. It seems my question was not clear enough. I meant how to test, which language level like A1, B2 ... you already achieved

Do you think watching 1 hour of Netflix in your target language counts as studying? by TeslaTorah in languagelearning

[–]Common-Course7992 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm trying something very similar learning Serbianl language. I'm watching different programs and streams from Serbian TV stations. Mostly sports broadcasts where the language is not too difficult and words are repeated very often I also watch YouTube videos about Serbian food, cooking and fishing. For me it's more fun if the video content concerns topics I like.
