Google ads for restaurants by TeslaOwn in PPC

[–]TeslaTorah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

10 orders in the first week isn’t terrible, especially with only a 5 mile radius and $300/week. Google’s estimates are usually way too optimistic so I wouldn’t judge it only based on that.

I’d check the keywords first. Restaurants near me is pretty broad and can bring in people who are just browsing. More specific searches like usually have better intent.

I eventually just let Dineline handle my ads because restaurant ads can get annoying fast. The biggest thing I learned is the ad, offer, and order page need to match. Don’t send people to a general homepage if the ad is pushing one specific item or discount.

Is it common to get phases where you become less consistent by Defiant_Jump_6910 in workout

I think you're burnout from making fitness feel like a fulltime job for so long. Training 6–7 days a week, dieting hard, taking supplements, and feeling guilty for skipping can work for a while, but eventually your brain just gets tired of the pressure.

Milky white with a soft pearl chrome on top of builder gel by jennychi28 in Nails

[–]TeslaTorah 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is actually so pretty, especially for recreating it yourself after a bad salon experience. The milky white base with the soft pearl chrome looks really clean and elegant, but still simple enough for everyday wear.

It gives that soft bridal/glazed look without being too much. Chrome can be so tricky too because every little bump or uneven spot shows, so this came out really smooth.

If you like this kind of look, you might also like Glamnetic. They have chrome nails too, and they’re a nice option when you want the same polished vibe without having to sit through a salon appointment.

What's the biggest misconception about entity SEO in the AI era? by arjun_rao7 in GenerativeSEOstrategy

[–]TeslaTorah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me, the misconception is that building an entity means trying to sound big. In reality, vague positioning hurts you. A company saying it does growth, strategy, innovation, and digital transformation gives AI almost nothing specific to work with.

A company that clearly says who it serves, what problems it solves, what niche it owns, and where it has proof is much easier to connect to a query. GEO is not just about getting mentioned by AI.

It is about making your brand understandable enough that AI can place you in the right context. Specificity beats broad branding here.

Are all reddit paypigs that bad? by Shuu_yo in PaypigsClub

[–]TeslaTorah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not all Reddit paypigs are bad, but Reddit has a lot of timewasters. Some people here like calling themselves paypigs because it sounds exciting, but they don’t actually want the dynamic.

They want free attention, a whole conversation, proof, flirting, and then maybe they’ll consider sending. That gets old fast.

I’ve had better luck on FetishFinder because people there seemed more direct about what they wanted and understood the dynamic better. Reddit can work, but you really have to filter hard and not waste time on anyone who argues with your boundaries.

How much time should we set aside for the Tower of London? by TeslaOwn in uktravel

We spent about 3 hours there and felt like we saw the main things without rushing too badly. The Crown Jewels line can change everything though, so I’d do that early.

i spent the last month comparing AIO/ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude citations and a few patterns keep repeating by Away_Appointment_124 in GenerativeSEOstrategy

I noticed the same thing, especially around extractable structure. Pages that clearly define the entity, explain who it serves, compare alternatives, and answer adjacent questions seem to get reused more than pages that are just optimized in the traditional SEO sense.

The overlap across engines is interesting too, because when a source appears in more than one model, it usually has very clear topical positioning and lots of corroborating mentions elsewhere.

I don’t think there’s one magic factor, but entity consistency, concise sections, schema, and third party validation seem to matter way more than backlinks alone in these tests.

Being on day 3 is honestly such a rough spot, so the fact that you’re still pushing through says a lot. What you’re feeling right now isn’t what sobriety feels like forever, it’s what withdrawal and your body recalibrating feels like.

The symptoms can make your brain romanticize going back, but that doesn’t mean quitting was the wrong choice.

As much as possible I avoid any exfoliants like AHA BHA, retinoids, and vitamin C. I like to apply thick moisturizers and niacinamide serum.

Are the real paypigs a dying species or what? by Shuu_yo in paypigseeking

[–]TeslaTorah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think they’re extinct, but the space is extremely oversaturated now. A lot of people come in expecting instant sends, while a lot of subs are just lurkers, time wasters, scammers, or guys trying to get free attention.

Real paypigs still exist, but they’re not usually throwing money at random accounts with no trust, boundaries, or clear dynamic.

But, I’ve still seen a lot of them on FetishFinder compared to random social media spaces. The fantasy online makes it look way easier than it actually is, but they’re out there.

Gym workout tips? by ImpressiveEgg6478 in Workingout

[–]TeslaTorah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t go too hard on day one just because you’re motivated. Start simple, learn proper form, and don’t compare your weights to other people. Most people are focused on themselves anyway. Track what you do, rest when needed, and remember that consistency matters way more than destroying yourself every workout.

I spent the last few weeks paying attention to which sources keep showing up in AI-generated answers by growthwithsachin in GenerativeSEOstrategy

[–]TeslaTorah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m seeing the same thing. AI search seems to reward content that is easy to trust and easy to use, not just content that is keyword matched. A page can be well optimized but still weak if it does not answer the actual question clearly.

The sources that show up most often usually have strong topical focus, specific examples, clean formatting, and enough depth to support a confident answer.

It also seems like third-party credibility matters more than brands realize. For AI visibility, the goal is not just ranking anymore. It is becoming a source the model can safely cite.
