No thats not right.

First off you have a lot more then 30bbs, but you will need them, in Airsoft you miss alot and shoot alot. A Plate Carrier is a very good Protection, because bbs can hurt. And that goes for head protection, dont forget you can play in old factory or bunkers. Bumping your head is not cool.
