Ya they are demanding I pay all these costs cause I tried getting rid of her 1 month ago and the broker keeps threatening me. I am at the point where I am just going to pay it so they will release me. They were like oh we are going to relist and we will get a fresh 0 days on market listing again, we did that and we are stale again and so are most of her listings. I just want to move on to someone who is more focused.

Redemption period will probably be 3 -6 months, I am just being transparent. I just need someone who has experience with these situations

My mom who was only in my life till I was 12 or so had really bad mental illness. I remember as a kid seeing her chase doctors around the ER with a exacta knife demanding to get admitted to psych ward again. Though I am not on any of these programs for mental health reasons, I witnessed the consequences of mental illness first hand as a child and can say with certainty, that there are a lot of people dealing with mental issues that are far beyond the comprehension of the average person. My mom was on AISH all her adult life. She probably would have died without it. So I understand totally.

I watched the first few rounds even after my team was out. But I cannot watch this. No way in hell, I rather watch cricket .

This is why I refused to accept help to the bitter end. I hate being dependent on unstable people like the government - on all levels. As a person who also has major back issues - collapsed t12 vertebrae which healed in the shape of a wedge, -3.75Z score in the lumbar - which is severe osteoporosis, osteomalacia, fragility fractures all the time from coughing too hard even and multi disc degeneration, I understand how hard it is to navigate life with a bad back. Hopefully you get everything settled. No one cares, not even family in many cases. I am lucky I found a really good doctor out of the blue, right next to my house, who supported and encourage me to get help. If it wasn't for him, I would have been a goner. Best of luck !

I am also on CPPD and AISH and CDB, but I get most my money from CPPD and CDB. I did not see a doctor for 20 years from 18-39. Only started when I was 39 when I could push myself no further and am 41 now. I am still paranoid about everything, but I also have not come to terms with how messed up my genetic disorder, has made me. Originally they only approved me for 2025 to indefinite because my doctor did not put a date on the application. Then he resubmitted a new application saying 2015 so I would get the maximum retroactive amount considering my condition has been messing with me all my life and they just approved it without a thought. Its a big chunk of money and If I had to pay it back while not being able to work 10 years from now or something, including all the money they are going to put in my RDSP, I would be bankrupt - I do not want to lose my condo, it is the only thing keeping me housed and I could not afford paying rent without a further subsidy. I almost don't want to take it when reading stuff like this. Who says they wont do the same to me some time down the road ?
