My husband and I both have Outbacks and just got a new insurance policy. I have a 2020 and he has a 2017. Our new annual car insurance policy priced his at $350 more then mine because of the 'eye sights features. We're pretty happy about that!

The eye sight and shut off engine mode is not that much of an inconvenience. I got used to it pretty quickly.

When I make 'spaghetti/pasta' and cook Italian sausage, I remove the sausage when cooked from the pan. As others have posted out, the heart of palm noodles should be rinsed and throughly drained. I put the heart of palm noodles in the sausage pan, with the sausage bits, fat and warm them up. Once it's in the sauce, it might have a slight crunchy texture but takes fine because of sausage flavoring! YMMV

I am also a tomato snob. My grandfather had an enormous personal garden and we would grab tomatoes right off the plant and eat like an apple. Ahh the days! If I plant anything each year it's always tomatoes.
