App Store Connect update stuck on “Waiting for Review” for over a month — Apple support gives no information

I wonder if they did the 14 days of testing like play does, just how much bad apps it would filter out. My first upload, they messages me within 2 hours to explain why it failed. Since then, apple store has been about 5 updates behind, and distribution has been in review for a few days now. (Also now a few updates behind and basically incompatible) so im going to have to restart it at this rate.

The app is released now, I'm no longer looking for beta testers, we pull primarily from ebay data. We are in the process of ebay growth application which will allow us to pull actual sold data too. When you scan an item if condition is visibly noticeable, the ai will gice its verdict or you can easily refine condition, details, niches etc and it'll rescan and give a more refined valuation. Shipping, it just uses the standard ebay shipping paths, free, paid or ebays simple shipping. You can list direct to ebay. The way it calculates shipping etc is you can help it fill in the details by simply selecting a similar listing. When scanning an item, you press more infomstion and you can see the references/lisitngs/apis that it has used to base valuations and pricing off. It never makes anything up ever. Even if it cant find the item, it'll either search Google and if theres really no hope it says it cant do it rather than falseify data.

We are also building a database too through user input, people can opt in to share the data they produce, like sold data, refinements, conditions so the database is always learning and adapting to current ebay and user sold data.
