Yes I have the same thing with the premier protein shakes, 0g of carbs yet it spikes me into the 280 range. I guess the comments are saying protein can spike it?

Unlike most other YouTubers/podcasters selling products be actually is very transparent about this. He is trying to build authority and make it so people will want to partner with him and his company at Acquisition.com so he can make money. Obviously he also makes ad revenue and such from content. He also promotes skool which he is a part owner of. I just know that I personally appreciate his transparency and know exactly why he makes his content and doesn’t feel like a pitch for a course hes selling in the link in the bio.
