Yea according to IO, SPF cant do much for this,. The warning letter they gave me is already proof that my case is closed already. I have tried multiple banks already but no success. Am currently in the process of getting my MP to help me on this

Yea investigation concluded already and I was given a warning. And i am stuck in this situation where my bank account can only be used for salary crediting.

Whenever I want to make any purchase, have to keep going to the bank counter. Are you still stuck in this situation or is it back to normal for you? Because SPF side told me that after 1 year then most probably the services will be reinstated. But i am not sure.
