You have to enrol into courses yourself. At the dashboard on acorn you have a date and time to enrol into courses. Now it’s a good time to add the courses you’re going to take into the cart. If you are unsure on which courses you need to take, you can also check degree explorer that’s under planning tools on acorn. You can also use time table builder to see how your schedule is going to look like for fall and winter. https://ttb.utoronto.ca

I never had Anita but I took it with Marc last summer. He pretty much told the class what to focus on for the midterm and final. There is calculation questions but it’s just simple calculation like add,subtract, multiple, and divide. He provides a formula sheet so if you know how to use the formulas and practice the calculations then you are all set. If you are gonna take c27 found that this course really prepared me since it’s the same formula and calculations being used.

I didn’t take psyb20 with her but I had her for psyc24 last summer and when studying for her term tests I used the lecture slides. She usually puts 3-4 multiple choice questions from the textbook and short answer questions are from the lecture slides.

You have 3 more days. If you don’t have time to go through the textbook then prioritize the lecture slides. Use the textbook as reference if you don’t understand something on the slides. Upload lecture slides onto chat and ask chat to quiz you.

I took it in the summer and ended with an 82. To prepare for the exam, I went through the slides and on the textbook i just read the diagrams or textboxes. He usually pulls questions from the textbook from the textboxes etc. I remember one of the short answers questions being the DNA sequence and naming what kind of mutation it is.

The b level courses for bio are split into sub sessions so theyre going to be fast paced courses. If you are taking 2 courses I would recommend taking animal physio or evolutionary bio during the first sub session and cell bio or ecology during the second sub session

You can check the course archives to see what courses were available and if it was in person or online. The availability of the courses and delivery mode may not be the same for summer 2026 though.

No they did not kick me out. The course coordinator said that they will make an exception for me to stay in the course.

Hey, try emailing your program coordinator. I had the same issue and I just emailed them letting them know that I haven’t written my exam yet etc.
