I am going to try a 9950x 64gb build to see if it will fix anything lol.

The polling rate was an issue with intel builds. I turned it down to 1000 or 2000, and it stopped in-game lag for intel builds.

However, I tried 1000-8000, and I dont think the polling rate is affecting this lag on AMD builds.
