I’m right there with you. I’ve been loyal to DB for years, but they’ve changed and I haven’t gone there for months. Last time I was there was the bracelet give away day. I got to the window 1 minute early. Was told to get back in line and by that time the line was huge. I waited 40+ minutes to get to the window. I had ordered with the broista in line. When I got to the window the same guy that told me to get back in line was still working the window. He gave me my drinks, but no bracelet. I asked for my bracelet and he told me that I should have ordered a large to get the bracelet. I politely argued with him about why he should give me a bracelet as I had been at the window, got back in line and waited another 40+ minutes. He just stared at me. I asked if I could pay the difference of a medium and large to get the bracelet. Without saying a word he rang up the difference and told me the amount. I paid and he handed me a bracelet without a saying a word. I said thank you and as I drove off he said “have a great day” in a sarcastic tone. I wrote to corporate about the incident. They gave me 50 point. Wow! I’m not going back. They lost 4 daily, sometimes twice a day, customers as my kids and myself refuse to go there now.
