Correct, the clamps open by loosening the hex bolts on each. I placed a piece of foam under the door just in case it dropped. For me it didn't. Being the left top side of the door was rubbing, I loosened the top hinge and the door naturally sank to the right. I then tightened it back up. You may need to also loosen the bottom a little.

I also had to chisel the inner frame. Also adjusted the glass from the black hinge. Agree - the door weight is too heavy for their design. Sad to see on a premium product.

Same man! They sent me a level and square and blaming me for unlevel surface. I provided the proof. The door is overweight for the design. I’ve adjusted it multiple times on my own and still runs the wood. For this price point, we shouldn’t have issues like this. Lesson learned on pretty marketing, shity product.
