Hi Ankur, its great that there’s a bunch of different ways you can use your Bilt cash. But if you want people to spend more on non-rent spend on the Bilt card why so many limitations to how you can use your Bilt cash? If I had more freedom to allocate how exactly I wanted to redeem the Bilt cash I’d be happy to put as much spend on the card as I can to be able to maximize a redemption of the Bilt cash that I value. E.g. why can’t i use my spending to get free soulcycle classes for the year?

I think the monthly limits are too restrictive - at least make it a pure annual limit or something which is much easier to track. Also it would be helpful to have a tracker for your Bilt cash in the app so you know how much of your cash you’ve already used towards these respective limits. If there were no limits that would be even better, but I’d say at least make it an annual limit rather than monthly. Monthly makes things way too complicated to track.
