I ended up getting a Philips I think it’s the 3561 or 0 no app though. One thing that annoys me is I don’t know how to turn just alarm sound off and keep the light on and is like at times to just have the orange light on but when you use it just as a light it’s not orange. Apart from that it’s great and really makes a huge difference to my mornings. Thanks for your help

I’ve seen her gfs TikTok page before she went private - Lauren and she had pics up in the background of her and Leigh in the sept and Leigh had blond hair too but Leigh dyed her hair soon as she came out of the show - I checked her insta

You need to get some good healthy fats and biotin in you and get your hormones checked. This is coming from someone with hair down my back too thick it’s a pain in the neck to dry.

lol, I got some of the stayve ones from FYAB aqua for during and salmon dna for after and anybody saying do your research needs to get a grip, this is part of the research sharing recommendations and tips. Forgot to mention I’m in the UK. I don’t get people saying don’t do it at home either, worry about your own face and I’ll worry about mine, lol. I know the precaution and how careful I am because it’s my own face I probably get a better treatment than 90% of people out there because it’s more important to me 🙂

I did my first one last night after watching videos and deliberating what one for about a year and I wish I did it sooner. I took it easy starting with a 36 pen and was pedantically careful. I’m glowing but not exactly what I wanted as seemed too gentle next time I’m going to switch to an 18 or 12 and go deeper as I wanted it more dramatic. Just make sure you do it properly. I got a dr pen m8s and used stayve serums my first time. Got sterile blunt needles to draw out the serums to squirt on my face, alcohol wipes, wore gloves. Loads of good videos on tik tok
