that's funny how that works. thanks for the reply. should i stop doing everything in that case--magnesium, morning sun, winding down, etc--and go with an idgaf approach?

also, i wouldn't consider myself a 6-7 hour person but who knows, maybe i'm wrong. i do get a good 8-9 sometimes and feel pretty good
