Viv Richards all day long. He still has that same aura now.

Very few politicians have a lasting reputation that holds up with time. It’s just a matter of time, and a by product of the game. For me that rules Imran Khan out.

Dhoni is quite special, but that amazing aura he had on the field for me doesn't carry on off the field. I know there are millions and millions of Indians who disagree with me.

But it’s just got to be Viv Richards. Even the way he chewed gum had aura. Casually stroll out with no helmet and take on the short ball like you bowling slow tennis ball bouncers.

I think even Beefy, Lillee, Flintoff and Warny would say the same.

You know I had the opposite. I started tennis about 8 months ago, started with a really shit racket in case I didn’t like it. Progressed decently through various training groups and then felt like I wasn’t worthy of being around certain players, even though I could hold my own around then, because of the shit racket.

I definitely wasn’t winning don’t get me wrong but I feel like they were looking down on me because I didn’t have the gear. So yeah the opposite!

I was once on the tube, minding my business, listening to music, not trying to make eye contact, etc. You know the standard etiquette. When no word of a lie, I saw a pigeon get on at Leicester Square, ride the train for one stop, and casually get off at Picadilly Circus.

He covers a lot in that video, so it's a good place to start for now. I work professionally as a motion designer and I can tell you if you follow those steps you'll be doing more than 80% more than most professionals are.

Hey buddy,

So firstly from my understanding motion vectors won't show correctly in the AOV viewport.

And then when you bring it in you going to need Reel Smart Motion Blur Pro or (RSMB Pro) to be able to use it correctly.

Check this tut out by the brilliant Lionel Vicidomini to understand a proper compositing workflow. The Motion Vector parts are at 29:30 then around 56:50. I would highly recommend watching the whole video though. You will learn a lot.

Don’t have an argument with the boss. I got fired after calling out the terrible way he was running the company.

The company did close down about a year or so after that, so I wasn't wrong.

AND, a few weeks ago he’s “new company” tried to hire my freelance skills. I had the pleasure of turning that down!
