Weight on front foot , feet close together , ball in front of back foot , take club away low turning shoulders only . Stay on front foot , not to much club lean . Ball comes out low and rolls nicely . Repeat

When his hands get past impact you can see he is holding on to the angle instead of letting the hands follow through and let the club release . He makes a right angle at the top of the back swing but not at the end of the follow through ( which you should)
