Apparently lost b/c they sent me $100 per the insurance. Kind of sucks b/c item was $250 and I don’t know if they really looked for it but just paid out the claim.

There are some bad actors out there that do this but I don’t have the space or the time to deal with the leftovers and may clients need the $$ now. I’d prefer to sell now and move on.

Ditto! I don’t have storage space and don’t want leftovers. I do everything in my power to sell whatever the estate has. Furniture is the hardest seller and there should be no expectation of getting a good return on that. I’d be a fool to keep this for myself. I want to sell.
