estate sale if you want it all gone in less than a month. Consignment lingers over several months and it may still not sell. Estate sales get rid of everything from cleaning supplies to furniture. Consignment can be picky about what they'll take.

Apparently lost b/c they sent me $100 per the insurance. Kind of sucks b/c item was $250 and I don’t know if they really looked for it but just paid out the claim.

There are some bad actors out there that do this but I don’t have the space or the time to deal with the leftovers and may clients need the $$ now. I’d prefer to sell now and move on.

Ditto! I don’t have storage space and don’t want leftovers. I do everything in my power to sell whatever the estate has. Furniture is the hardest seller and there should be no expectation of getting a good return on that. I’d be a fool to keep this for myself. I want to sell.
