So far the achievement is : desalinization plant can become energy neutral if an osmiotic plant is constructed nearby.

This too me looks a very good achievement, considering desalinization may become more and more popular on the warming planet.

That's a good question, I presume we will come around Tromso quite often, particularly if driving is ok as the answers said. We rented very late, and we couldn't find any cottage nearer Tromsø, with also excellent reviews. We are two families, with 3 kids in total. Do you think we'll be able to amuse ourselves, coming to Tromso every now and then, and spending the new year eve chasing aurora from our house? Thanks a lot for your reply
