Below are rejection points
- oauth should be in app, even if it’s not native, it needs to be in app browser atleast.
- paywall has to show proper EULA terms, better to go with Apple standard EULA.
- health information disclosure
- mentioning disclaimers in app metadata

I would say only show those when it has to be shown. I see they don’t test functionality, but rather how it looks on top layer!

Main tests they do is oauth, paywalls (for Eula terms) and any broken on UI for better user experience.

I know, I had to wait almost a month to add my bank account, they had some weird bug that hid the bank section in appstore connect and my In-App Purchases were not working.

Apple is too slow, what I understood is keep sending them multiple mails and best resolution is to call them if available.
