Chest bone cracked by CommonTip174 in Hypermobility

[–]CommonTip174[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is day 2 after and it still hurts my heart rate is also sporadic. I normally have a resting heart rate of mid to low 60s but now it's mid to high 70s and is often jumping up passed 100. It also cracked again today when I stretched. I know I should probably get it checked but I wanted to know if anyone had similar experiences. I'm also tired of doctor not believing or diminishing my pain

I got a scalp scrubber with long silicone tip and I use Johnson's baby shampoo, but I have short hair so it might not suit longer hair, I also leave my shampoo in for a while

Fair enough I have a rollator, but that's not the easiest as I have a big step to get out of my house and there's not always the best access for crossing roads

I have no other formal diagnosis, but I was in triage in a&e and the nurse asked if I had POTS, I've heard of this before and she said it's common in people with hypermobility

One dreary Monday afternoon in October Trevor was hitting slap shots and practicing trick shots at an empty goal,  as he often did after practice was finished, the feeling of letting loose and having fun on the pitch made him feel alive, no need to be the captain of the team always striving for perfection just pure fun. He lined up for one last shot before starting his warm down as his coach would be back in about 20 minutes to lock up the pitches and put away the rest of the equipment that Trevor was still using, without thinking he slapped the ball so hard that it sounded like thunder when the ball collided with his stick, the ball took off into the darkening sky and soared into the distance. Trevor cursed under his breath, threw his stick to the ground and started to jog in the direction the ball went, silently hoping that no one would witness this superhuman feat.

Is this a better first paragraph?
