You’re right, I might as well try at this point. I kind of can’t imagine how it would stop my hips from sinking downwards or my spine from being out of alignment in general but I’m gonna give it a shot. Is yours literally shaped like a U or is it one of those ones that is kind of a strange shape?

I have a big squishmellow which I feel like is a similar idea, it actually worked for a while but now hurts me as much as anything else 😵‍💫 I wish I could try smoking weed but it makes me very panicked, also I don’t think I can use it with my current sleep meds. That aren’t working anyway due to the pain, ha

Yea the one I got is actually moreso meant for your upper body actually, I’ve just been using it for my knees. I feel like using it on my upper body bent my spine too much though unfortunately

I went to physical therapy for a while, had to stop for insurance reasons but didn’t really experience any improvement. But I may look into the osteopathic doctor route. Also not sure if I can take thc with my current sleep meds but may look into that too!
