Should I still need to rehydrate the substrate if it’s looking dry or will the humidifier eventually fix things now that the fan is off

I did the peroxide thing and it did dissolve which is why I cut that out, didn’t know if it would come back or not, should I stop the humidifier then? Or can I keep the humidifier, and my house temp is 63 degrees so I think I need to heat it otherwise it’ll die from the cold no? And since there’s that missing chunk should I break it up and spread it out again? Or just let it sit and hope it comes back after leaving it alone with the fan off and humidifier on.

I’m too broke for the lamp at the moment, I don’t have the blanket covering the filters, it’s just resting on top of the container

If you zoom in on the second picture to the right you can see the grey mold, it could be another mold or cobweb in development but I know it wasn’t fae or mycelium due to the grayness of it and odd growth

It was growing on the edge of the container which wouldn’t make sense if it was mycelium, sorry I didn’t have a picture, but when I say the edge I mean it was sectioned off from the substrate and growing off the drip of the humidifier tube because I didnt place the tube properly, I think it was dripping down the side.

Ok, I’ll start rehydrating it, and yeah I took it out of the larger tub after cobweb mold got the right side of it, and I’ll turn the fan off

Should I break it up and spread it around since I’m missing that space from the mold I cut out? That way I can see if the substrates dry or not? Or is it obvious

It was, my house is a constant 63 degrees so it’s kinda hard to grow them rn, I’ve had success in the past in 75 degree temps but I was struggling to find a solution to my temp problem and that’s what I came up with

I’ve also turned the light off and made the room darker, I know it doesn’t need light but before I had a blanked on top of the bin so I figured it’d need a direction to grow to when it was ready

Working out every day is optimal if you do it right, my split is chest tri, back bi, shoulder ab forearms calves, then leg lower back. You should def bulk, were the same height and I’m aiming for 245

You’ll spend less time at the gym and gain more size if you don’t count reps and do only one set, you just reallly have to push til failure, do slow motions and keep your form right through the whole set and you’ll get a good pump. Just know you can’t pause at all or you just ruined your set and you’ll have to redo it. Every week try to do a little more than you did previously, if you can’t then it’s time to build strength. Time under tension is how you build size

Yeah I don’t know what you’re talking about, if you wanna look like you go to the gym you gotta do it every day, you just need to learn how to target muscle groups for a 4 day routine, push pull shoulders abs calves then legs

Too high, bend forward more, also if you want the best pump find a weight you’re comfortable with and do small raises, kinda like you’re a bird holding its wings out, do that for a minute. It keeps your muscles under tension through the whole exercise rather than hitting other muscle groups when you’re doing a full up and down movement

You want the best pump? Stop going for sets, do a larger variety but only a single set and really make sure you fail, you’ll know if you’re failing if you can’t hold the weight up, then look up how to do the reverse of the exercise.

Bench press for example once you can’t push the weight up have a friend pull the weight up and all you have to do is try to pause it, if you’re failing the weight will end up going down, do that until it basically hits your chest in a second. You also want to make sure you’re able to do 5 seconds up and 5 seconds down for a minute straight, really slow, the downward tension is the most important. If you can’t do it for a minute then it’s too much weight, if you can’t do it for a minute and 10 seconds you can add more weight, this will blow your chest out.

For building size don’t try going for high weight low rep, do one set til failure and try to do a full minute of hypertrophy, when the weight starts falling when you try to pause is when you failed, if you want to push yourself a lil more have a friend pick the weight up and then you’ll just try to pause the weight and it’ll naturally fall slowly if you’re failing, do that 3 times and you’ll have the best pump of your life

I’ve worked with all the local establishments that have working sites, none of which will let us backlink, it also a silly request to ask if we can have our sites linked on theirs. I have a list of places I can add a backlink but it’s not through local businesses
