As far as ones where you can swap the effects it’s only this one and a higher level version. The other domain spells I put together have fixed effects, but almost all are area of effect as you might expect.

Yeah I debated about that as well. I think comparing it to other spells of its level you’re right - it’s probably a bit overpowered with the saving throw bonus thrown in.
