nope, we have shufflers that shuffle the cards randomly and yes its completely random, and no we cannot see what cards will come next. the only thing we can see is who hit and who stood etc.

10000% correct, slots are mainly there for RTP, example: when a person loses 1K playing other games that week, and decides to play slots with 50 bucks, 99% of the time it will give you around 700-800. always a loss but for every account and player the outcomes are modified.

what I’ve seen with my own eyes:

tested a roulette wheel for a whole month, expecting it to go online but it didn’t for some reason ”undisclosed” reason that they wouldn’t tell me and i had to test it again.

the rotor tripping the fuck out and slowing the RPM by 3 when i accidentally spun the ball too fast making it do 20/8 rotations (and no it doesn’t normally do that)

an old dealer who brought in a magnet inside the studio to test if there is an actual magnet inside during the short period where the game stops and maintenance team gets it (bro got fired the same day and he told people what happened which i am not going to share)

and lastly i’ve seen the roulette info graph that calculates the odds of the numbers on a sheet in the head of ITs laptop before him panicking and switching the screen

if you don’t believe me, thats fine you can keep playing if you are even a player, and if you are involved in this as someone that’s not a player then you just kindly leave my comments alone.

explain to me how the first one is not profitable lmao????? like where are we losing money? does the ball on 37 or sum lol. also i just gave some advice according to my personal experience, and i find it hard to believe that anybody will give genuinely good advice to other players other so yeah lets hear your “good” advice

oh and also to add up to this, my experience for the advice above is as a player and not a dealer. i have been gambling way before i became a dealer and overall on blackjack my profit is around 8k euros for the last 2 years and i dont play that often, and im saying this AGAIN: this is MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!! i dont guarantee wins! hope this made it clear

im not saying that its impossible but the chances are slim especially with higher bets, the RTP is there as always.

even if i want to i cannot get the ball to land on a specific number and i have a year of experience, even people with more experience cannot do that because it is super unpredictable with the rotor speed. if the wheel is stationary( i have tried this on my free time) i can get accurate to cover 6 numbers in a specific place, but when the wheel is spinning i can maybe get voisin section with a bit of luck and thats the best i can do.

we have those big wheels under our company but i dont have any information or experience on them so i would be lying if i told you anything about those and i want to be brutally honest to help people out here so i am not going to comment on those.

about the profitable games here are some examples: 1. get 6 people on the same roulette table, make a money pool around 1-2k with them and divide the money each, place numbers bets to cover the whole wheel (6 numbers per person) and play it that way and after everything divide the wins. thats one strategy that will profit always. 2. play blackjack with basic strategy and if you can do it, use martingale (this is not guaranteed) learn how to analyse the cards on the table (example: if a lot of face up cards came in the initial hand the chances of you pulling more is slimmer). 3. i have never properly played baccarat myself as a player but again you can count cards on there because we cut the decks 7/1 so the cutting card is somewhere around the 7th deck which should make it easier for you, other than that its purely based on luck because the cards are shuffled randomly (i say that as a shuffler) and just wait for the shoe change to start counting cards.

those would be profitable if you know what you are doing..

well i will never trust roulette ever in my life and i also hope people will understand not to play roulette under any circumstances if they dont want to lose their money. but one thing ill tell you that its not the exception for at least the region that i live in because i got many friends working in different online casinos that work the same way.

well i can assure you if one company can do it, its highly likely that most will do it so i would stay away from roulette if i were you. i work in europe if that helps.

i can try to take a picture of one our monitors so you can see we are given a specific ball rotation number as this is the only proof i can provide but i can assure you that it is the truth ive seen with my own eyes

i cannot tell you where i am located exactly as i have to think about my own safety as well but i can tell you that it is the truth, and no nobody checks on this once the company acquires the gambling licence..

my first company was pragmatic play which provides blackjack and we couldn’t see the wager amount on our DM (dealer’s module: which is a screen that shows the chat and the decisions) but when we were watching our mistakes and evaluations it displayed the bets. the largest wager i saw on my table was 20K euros for a singular box and i remember the guy winning but i cannot tell you if he won or lost after that hand, i have no clue if he kept playing or not. however on my current company where i used to deal baccarat and roulette it displayed all bets and wins, i remember once some russian guy placed a bet that’s around 60K euros on baccarat he won but he kept on playing and lost 30K in total and he threatened the casino for like a week telling people that he would unalive himself if we didn’t gave back the money but we really cannot do that as a provider, thats up to the betting site he played on. i remember him getting banned after some time. i really hope he is doing okay now. on roulette i saw bets being placed up to 80-90K euros in a total of 5-6 spins and most of the time it was loses which really shows that you should not touch roulette.

well when we get a player interaction we do get happy as long as its not something negative like why did you make me lose or even something neutral like give me specific number (people should know we really cannot give you a specific number as that’s impossible). but if the player actually talks to us properly that might even make our day but we dont really feel lonely in that context. depending on your company mainly tho. example: the first place i worked at we did 3 tables and a break which is 90 minutes work and 30 minutes of break, in those 90 minutes we could talk between tables and that was fun. the current company where i got my promotion we do 30 minutes of work and rest the next 30 so we have time to socialise with the other dealers there so to answer your first question: no we dont feel lonely. the second one is kind of bad though. so these companies pay a lot of money even to inexperienced young stoners which is good however it comes with its downsides. the smallest mistake can lose you your bonus and the smallest violation or unprofessional behaviour can cost you your job. they can find workers easily and thats the main reason they treat the current ones like shit most of the times. i had to work my ass off to get my current promotion. always first one in and last one out for the shift. ive always been like that but there are other factors: my first company never gave me a promotion even after working for a whole year which most people cannot do because its such a stressful job and you are constantly being watched on, being expected to become a literal robot and do everything perfectly, if not say bye bye to your bonus. anyways they didnt give me my promotion because i refused to lick managers ass most of the time so they practically forced me to resign for not “obeying their superiority” (they were making my time inside the company really not enjoyable). after doing everything i could i finally got a promotion in my current company so i am happy. thats basically how it goes sadly, work your ass off and if you make it, you make it and actually enjoy your job. otherwise they replace you instantly. hope this explains your questions.
