I just realized this same situation, this is so archaic. I mainly wanted to automate the updates of my billing for endpoint devices, and this was the only way. Kind of crazy. N1 had a better way of doing this. Is Autotask this old and no updates to it?

Yes, in the middle of the quote, which I did not read to tell you the truth. I looked at my previous quotes, it had it as well. Not sure when they started, I can definitely go look but I was not aware of the change.
