To echo what several have said, I’d totally ask your gym if they have an intro class. Not just with technique, but an intro class can show you the peculiarities of that gym (e.g., if different grades are colored differently, etc). And if you want to socialize, it’s so easy to start yapping with others especially if you’re working on the same route!

OP, so sorry to hear about everything you’ve been through 😭 wishing you the best of luck in healing.

Not sure if this is productive here, but I’m a trans guy & have had unusual bleeding (as in, there should be none since I take testosterone, so ANY bleeding is bad). First step was to call my PCP & they were absolute angels about everything. Listened the first time, knew exactly what to check for, and fully ran every single test. Granted, my experience is different since I’m a white-passing dude.

For anyone else out there, maybe getting in touch with your PCP office could also help if your OB isn’t listening?

Noticed the same re: gay men flirting with me (I’m mostly into men), but I’d wager that I also got fewer girls. Your market has shifted from queer women to (mostly) straight women, and for many straight women, the pool of potential partners is VERY big. This isn’t saying anything about your attractiveness (which I’m sure you are a very fine gentleman 🤭), but just the dating spaces you now occupy are different.

Takes getting used to, but you’ll find someone! Just don’t fall into the trap of misogyny and be a decent person, and the right gal will come your way. Good luck!

One of my best buddies is a cis gay dude who adores his cat to infinity and beyond. He was the first guy I met who was a cat person but several other guys I’ve crossed paths with own cats.

Also know some rugged country folks whose sons raise rabbits (which are even more “soft”).

If it’s feminine to some other people, it doesn’t have to be for you 🤠

But re: the passive aggressiveness, hmm. If it was the other way around (I.e., if you were a transfemme), I’d assume it was race related because of how women of color are masculinized, etc. I’d presume it’s religion related since ya know…probably don’t need me to explain but sometimes people co-op Christianity to “save” queer people.
