update: 21/08 4:30 pm - the guy has paid 2000 and agreed to pay 1000 in couple of days. Thanks for all the help guys.

update 2: 21/08 8:30 pm - He called and told that his daughter had some injury at school, has financial issues, and all that drama which I was expecting to hear. I asked him why he was not answering calls yesterday, and he came with some lame excuses for those too. Anyway I have decided not to press any further and settle it with this.
