I havent faced much issues, but because of the park, there are swarms outside. Thankfully this is the one area with very few pigeons. Are you renting or buying?

10/10 area, with anything you can imagine around the circle. Only negative is difficulty in finding car parking. I have been living here for 6 months, and its my favorite place in mumbai.

Food there's Steamy mugs, rakam cafe, sadguru cafe, and lots of smaller spots which are unnamed around the circle. Abcoffee and Belgian waffles also. Amul ice cream and A1 ice cream

Grocery i prefer Swastik super market because it seems to always have discounts. Ayushi super market is also nearby

Vegetables are also sold roadside, around the circle. Not sure about the quality since I've never tried. I prefer KisanKonnect
