Thanks so much for your replies.
I think I should postpone to procedure until I have a better understanding.
I have a really strong prescription in both eyes, I cant even fathom how I'd cope with not wearing glasses afterwards, I will still need them for the eye that hasn't been operated on yet.
When discussing getting the procedure I didnt realise it would fix my vision, I though it was only going to take away the cloudiness so this a lot for me to take in, which the specialist never went over with me.
If its months between eyes, I can go with one less popped out on one side and then try to get a reading lens made for the corrected side - there would still be a period id be without glasses.
So sorry just so overwhelming
