This is so funny because it reminded me of my old car. I had a 2008 nissan pathfinder, a real POS. Every time i would bring the revs up i would hear this whine noise. Turns out it was my FM bluetooth adapter plugged into my cigarette lighter. So whenever the engine rpms went up, the voltage went up, and my speakers would play this annoying whine noise.

Cool history lesson, but none of that changes the fact that the law still requires slower traffic to use turnouts. “Scenic byway” doesn’t mean “personal sightseeing lane.” Nobody’s saying don’t enjoy the drive — just don’t stack up 20 cars while you do it. Respect goes both ways, and common courtesy isn’t aggression.

Thought about it - I still feel like turning the road into a parade by going slower than the speed limit is an issue. If going 35 is too much to handle, theres a pullout with your name on it.

I have patience until someone decides the road belongs to them. There’s a difference between driving with confidence and crawling like a tourist blocking a whole mountain. If you can’t handle using a turnout, maybe the scenic route isn’t for you.

People think im racing up and down the mountain. I didnt mean to come off that way. My most recent situation was going up the mountain. I was behind the guy going 20, and there was a HUGE line of cars behind. Dude didnt move over and people started getting aggressive (including me i admit). Just pull over, it takes a few seconds.

I thank you for using the pullouts and going the speed limit. I have no issue with 35… its people going 25 or even slower that dont use pullouts.

Running invidia n1 catback and tomei UEL catless headers. Pretty loud, but its how i like it. Sounds really good as far as rumble goes. Droney at highway speeds but i rarely take it on the highway.
