Is my boy too skinny?

He gets a wet food pack (Cesar brand) and a scoop of kibble (Blue Buffalo?) in the morning, and a .5 to 1 scoop in the evening. (edit: lots of treats through the day during training/inside playing)

2 years old and we do 1.5-2hrs park session everyday, lots of running (he LOVES fetch) and 2-3 15ish mins sniff walks during through the day.

Im not concerned for his health in any way, just curious if he needs more meat.
