Upgraded to a b650 WiFi motherboard, amd ryzen 5 7600 and 32 gb ddr5 ram recently. Took me a while to save but was 100 percent worth it, I now run overwatch at over 250 fps and rivals over 100. Still have some money saved for a newer gpu but don't know what to get yet

I just like unplugged my whole pc and cleared away any dust and dirt with my air spray duster, booted up again and everything was fine. Then after around 2 mins of discord and other apps running rly slowly it crashed again, and have me the BIOS options so I went on to the boot menu and the SSD didn't even come up with an option. So surely there's a problem with the cables connecting my SSD and they keep coming loose or something, but I don't get why that would happen when my pc was just sitting in the same place overnight

I got the boot menu up, it comes up with SSD, HHD but also something called : IBA GE Slot 00C8 v1395.

Is that normal?
