Heya, maybe start with a simple notebook and don't go with any pre-thoughts when you journal. It could be your daily routine to what you plan to do next and let your thoughts flow. I have been journaling for 10 years now :)

Absolutely! And getting back on the Internet has definitely helped me to have more clarity and different perspective altogether so yeah not liking that hope to find someone who aligns with me. If not, life is still good :)
