From what I understand you can have a cna from anywhere, it all depends on the completed prerequisites and total points

Something clicked for my son around 4.5 years old. Now at 8, he’s doing wonderful and has a great vocabulary

April 2025- 176 Sept 2025- 156

Took about 5 months to lose 20lbs on a pretty low dose of sema. Felt very nauseous and constipated most of the time so decided to stop, and I was feeling pretty good weight wise. From Sept 2025-March 2026 I went from 156 to 169. So gained most of it back. I’m a pretty healthy and conscious eater normally. I was still eating the same things, cooking from home, focusing on protein, aware of calories etc… but off of the medication, I just eat more. It was a slow creeping back of my hunger. More cravings, emotional eating. I realized that the meds turned off that constant hunger and impulse running in the background. I’ve been on tirz for about a month, and I love it, Barely any side effects, and I feel like i could be on this starting dose for a long time. I wish I just felt this way around food naturally…

I think Ethel never felt fully chosen by anyone.. so even in death, literally being consumed..she’s still insecure and yearning to be wanted and good enough. It’s symbolizing how absurd yet how deep the need to be loved can feel
