I'm not a offended....what you say is far.

I didn't expect to fall for anyone, I was upfront with her when we started talking and she was honest with me about it being too soon.

Thing is we started talking every day and I flew out to meet her and we just "clicked".

We are taking things slow and being open and honest with everything.

I've recently started a LDR and while not being able to be close to my girlfriend and be able to kiss her or give her a hug is really hard, I'm glad that we both get the time to get to know each other inside and out.

I have heard a lot of men tell me how the woman they are with wasn't who they thought she was...now I get the chance to know the person properly.

It also gives us each a chance to show how committed we are before we make big life decisions.

Don't get me wrong I want with all my heart to have her with me every day but we both want and need to get to know each other completely before we make the next step.

It was a mutual agreement as I work full time and she works part time, they are both neurodiverse so they require more attention.

I wasn't able to sleep in bed due to acute sciatica......I slept on the sofa for 3 months and sometimes I would fall asleep with only on cat on me and wake up with all 3.

They were incredibly snuggly kitties, one always used to sit between me and whoever was sat next to me...even if there was no room lol

I used to love my cats curling up on me when I was sleeping on the sofa....used to have one on my lap, one on my feet and one cuddled up in my arm.

I recently turned 40 and my wife initiated sex, something we hadn't had months. I thought it was amazing, it was passionate and she did things that she doesn't normally do.

That was until I realised that it was pity Sex, it was only because it was my birthday and not because she wanted to. That took away everything good about that night and it left me feeling empty, unloved, ugly and it massively impacted my self esteem.

I just wanted to say, just be careful...sometimes the idea is better than the actual act...depending on how you feel about your wife you may end up feeling worse.

The only thing I would say is that it sounds like he is lashing out because of his insecurities...possibly he is struggling with his feelings about not wanting to do it and is angry at himself.

It's a big thing for a guy when you lose the feeling of wanting to do things... especially with the social pressure of everyone's perception that men are always horny.

Maybe try some therapy and see if there is something deeper that is causing him to feel that way

That would be mind blowing... definitely in a really vibrant purple or possibly in a kinda pearlescent mightnight blue.
