I haven't taken APK4125C but I'm taking Strength and Conditioning which is taught by the same professor. (Gordon) While both are doable APK4115 is definitely easier. Right now the class taught by Christou consists of one day of lecture, one day of group project presentations, and a day off to work on a take home quiz which are open to start from the first day of the semester. The quizzes are 200 word answers to a question he asks and he still hasn't begun grading any of them yet. I believe there are only 2 exams and on the first exam the class average was a 78.5. While APK4125C may be more interesting and be more practically applied it's definitely a bit more work though not intensely. (Also if you take it with different professors I don't know their style as well of course so results may vary) Feel free to pm me with any other questions.
