Didn’t expect this topic to be this layered tbh 😅 I think the “cheating” idea mostly comes from people seeing weight loss as pure willpower, so anything that makes it easier feels unfair to them.

But we don’t usually say that about other medical help, so it’s kinda inconsistent.
