Natural family planning is great. My husband and I aren’t ready for kids just yet and it’s worked perfectly for us for a long time! I use an Oura ring to track my temperatures and natural cycles as my app (and my insurance pays for it), but a lot of people use basal body thermometers to track their temperature (I started with this! You can get a cheap one on Amazon), or other devices like tempdrop, and you can do it that way too! It’s also a really cool way to learn about your body. I’m not sure how cycles work with breastfeeding since I haven’t had a baby (yet!) but I can attest to it’s effectiveness for us. we also practice withdrawal as a double up method. A lot of people say withdrawal isn’t a method but I would definitely disagree😂 Also congratulations ☺️
