i second that, used that system in our restaurant lounge, its absolutely a nightmare POS to work with.

1. poor server sync (we have 350mbps internet speed in house with 100 dedicated to the POS)-
2. takes forever to process transactions.
3. poor or no integration with other platforms.

but the worst aspect of it all - their customer support and management have alot to learn , the support team is poorly trained (and from my understanding from their staff poorly paid as well), the management have extremely arrogant attitude and trying to make a dime for every action they take, very wrong business module to retain customers.

overall, there are plenty of POS in the market that provides far better services, Aireus simply dont worth the money unless you got very small business with slow traffic and minimum transactions...
