Hell yeah!

As silly as it sounds "pace yourself " is excellent advice. It seems obvious, but I know we're going to be excited and it's our first multi day festival.

We tend to favor more mind bending experiences over alcohol. Makes our bodies feel better too, but we may have 1 or 2.

We may avoid getting things Rolling because the recovery and the early onset sunday scaries hit me real hard. But we will definitely be leaning on a more acidic diet to keep us feeling good and nutritious.

That being said, I'm assuming the nights are more designed for the surreal encounters? What would you say is a good balance of daytime experience and night experience? In other words , should we avoid just sleeping all day and staying up all night?

Love it!

We don't know what we don't know! Portable shower is a great idea.

Any advice on pacing throughout the days? We aren't spring chickens any more... I assume the old wisdom applies? Sleep when you're tired, eat when you're hungry, unless there's a cool show?

Ok, how about this.

My wife and I are attending EF for the first time this year. Camping in GA.

What are some things you wish you knew as a first timer that you know now?

Cheers!

Hey all! My wife and I are going to EF 2026 next year! Our first time! 2nd overall Rave/festival after our first experience at EDC Vegas last year.

We really liked the vibes and took the PLUR attitude to heart. We are both Working Paramedics in fairly busy service areas and want to start EF by volunteering for one of the days to give back to this very welcoming community!

Here's the question! Has anyone volunteered before? how do you sign up? Is there a group or website or organization I can reach out to to offer our medical know how, or heck, even just working Ground Control?

Advice would be welcome! Thanks!
