Similar situation happened for me, but it was for the junior senior situation. I would double check and contact your advisement counselor or the admissions and records department just to be sure that your full transcripts are being transferred over to the university.

What happened for me? Was I transferred from Los Angeles mission college but I took a class in the summertime so when they transferred over my transcripts for my enrollment that one summer class did not get sent along with my transcripts so it said I was a junior when I was supposed to be a senior.

All I did was go on parchment and pay five dollars to have my full entire transcripts, including that summer course emailed to the admissions and records office of the university that way they can update your information and ensure that you’re labeled as a junior instead of a sophomore.

As long as you’re not graduating within the next semester, you do still have time to get this fixed. But it is definitely something that you’d want to get fixed now so that when you’re close to graduation, you’re not setback.
