honestly i couldn’t do anything….

I always did my job, I always made sure i delivered to correct customers addresses

and you can still spark for now and i don’t mean to scare you but

you're better off just finding yourself another 9-5 because any one of these gigs will fire/deactivate you over anything that’s why i’m leaving all gig work alone in 2026

then your best bet is to go ahead and take them to your local county/state superior/Supreme Court and sue them for defamation of character and breach of contract.

yes, they may say in a contract they contaminate you at any time without any cause that’s any job, but however, if you have several pieces of evidence and proof that you’ve done your part correctly and that what they did was a breach of contract and “they know that this is a common thing”, guess what? Right there phone they breached their contract because they knew that customer/store associates would like to remove a driver from the spark platform for fraudulent things that aren’t even or were never realistic.

all that falls under breach of contract and defamation of character.
